1) Come to your home to take pictures and show you comparables in your market.
2) Insert up to ten pictures in the Columbus MLS, and up to six for Realtor.com, including an expanded listing.
3) Have a presence on the Sell and Save Homes website, along with any other brokerages that provide all listings from the MLS.
4) Provide a sign and lockbox for your listing.
5) Handle all paperwork and negotiations.
6) Attend your closing with you.
This saves the average seller of a $200,000 home about $5,500 in commissions and still gives them the advantage of marketing it to the Realtor community.
